Will I get a call if something unexpected comes up?
Always. If we find a worn belt, a leaking hose or early brake wear during a service, you get a call straight away, a plain-English explanation and photos if they help. You decide. You will never get an invoice you weren’t expecting.
Does logbook servicing here keep my new-car warranty?
Yes. We follow the manufacturer schedule exactly, use oils and parts that meet or exceed OEM spec, stamp your logbook and keep digital records. Servicing outside the dealer is your right under Australian Consumer Law, and the dealer can’t void your warranty for it.
How quickly can I get a roadworthy certificate?
Most RWC inspections are done the same day. Book a morning slot and you’ll usually have the certificate before 4:30pm. If the car fails, you get a clear list of what needs fixing and a fair quote to do it here.
Do you actually know European cars and 4WDs?
Yes, and often with more care than the dealership. Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, plus Ranger, Hilux and Prado. We allow extra time for these bookings, use the correct fluids and give you a written report on what’s next.
I don’t know anything about cars. Will I feel out of my depth?
Not here. Whether you know your car inside out or don’t know where the dipstick is, Matt meets you at your level and explains whatever you want explained. No judgement. The reviews say this more than anything else.
Are the package prices firm?
Yes. The price you see for a service package is the price. Anything beyond the standard service is explained, quoted and approved by you before it happens.
